He was predeceased by: his former wife Patricia Friedman; and his parents, James Monroe (Casey) and Leona Friedman. He is survived by: his wife Jean M. Friedman; his children, Kristine Blankenship (Tom) and Michael Friedman (Fran); his stepchildren, Cynthia Mueller (Eric) and Kenneth Greskamp (Lori); his grandchildren, Erik Blankenship (April), Ryan Blankenship, Brittney Herman (Zach), Brooke Friedman (Emillie), Zachary Leeker, Brendan Leeker, Caitlyn Johnson (Matt), Matt Mueller, Jordan Greskamp (Haley), Danielle Greskamp, Chandler Greskamp, Andrew Greskamp and William Greskamp; and his great grandchildren, Talan Bacalso, Harper Blankenship, Hailey Blankenship, Avery Blankenship, Nora Herman and Everly Greskamp.
