He is survived by: his parents, Peggy McHugh and Stephen McHugh; and his siblings, Mollie Tobey (Kyle), Tom McHugh (Becky), Uncle Bear of Mia, Aidan, Sophia, Ella, Liam, Kayla, Cecelia and Quinn.
