He was predeceased by: his parents, James Crowell and Agnes Crowell. He is survived by: his close friend Kathleen (Katie); his children, John Jr. (Lani), Michael (Judy), Mark Crowell and Kelly Hildebrandt (Nick); his sister Barbara Boyer; and his nieces and nephews, Kim Gardner, Kevin Boyer and Keri Hendrickson. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the John Crowell Memorial Scholarship Foundation or to the charity of one's choice.
