She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Wehlermann and Frances Wehlermann; her husband Dennis Pannell; and her siblings, Anthony Wehlermann (late Mary Ann) and Alice "Betty" Murphy (late Eugene "Mike").
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Ellen Meyer (Daniel) and Paula Overstreet; her grandchildren, Kelsey Smith (Drew), Nicole Meyer, Katelyn Rollins (Kevin) and Kathryn Overstreet; her great grandchild Aubrey Smith; and her sister Mary Frances Wehlermann.
Baue Funeral Homes is currently following CDC recommendations regarding mask and social distancing policies.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Harriet's name to American Cancer Society.
