He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Pamela Gertken, Denise Biberstein and David Hayward; his grandchildren, Matt, Andrew, Peter, Maggie and Tyler; and his great grandchildren, Philip, Fiona, Iris and Jasper. He is also survived by Friend, six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
