He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Charles Grandon; his grandparents, Keith and Louise Toler; and his aunts and uncles, Tom, Lee and Linda Toler.

He is survived by: his parents, David Toler and Shana Toler of Greenfield, MO; his wife Terron Blake Nimmo; his children, Charleigh, Keith and Blake; his parents-in-law, Barbara and Terry Nimmo of Springfield, MO; his sister Jessie Toler (Rachel Schletzbaum); his grandparents, Darrell and Donna Dodd of Dadeville, MO; his nieces and nephews, Sarah (Tanner), Sabrena, Harleigh, Gaige, Joe, Gunner, Tyler, Drew and Colby; his great-nephews, Kayden and Brodee; his aunts, Charlene Toler of Greenfield, MO and Shelly Dodd of Dadeville, MO; and his uncle Wesley. He is also survived by many loving cousins; a host of dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to his children's education fund.
