He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley and Evie Mae Rowe (Woodall); his son Christopher Rowe; his siblings, John, Jr., Morrel, Billie Rowe and Mary Jo Key; and his son-in-law Festus Bossaller.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Kelsey; his children, Warner "Bo" Rowe, Jr. (Tammy) of Owensville, Melissa Ketcherside (Curtis) of Cuba and Teresa Bossaller of Rolla; his grandchildren, Brooke Hellmann (Matt), Abby Buescher (Tyler), Madison Rowe, Danny Collins, Terek Branson and Madison Eller; his children, Desiree Buttram, Mylon Weems, Victor John Luke Buttram (Leona) of Seattle, Wash. and Reggie Buttram; and his great grandchildren, Hunter Stock, Ellorie Buescher, Aijae Weems and Robert "Gator" Arnold, Jr..
