He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Conduitt and Lillian Conduitt; and his siblings, Richard (Barbara Conduitt) and Nancy Conduitt. He is survived by: his spouses, Donna Counts and Donna Conduitt of Cuba; his daughters, Dawn Schaumburg (Robert) of Imperial and Karen Conduitt of Washington; his brother Larry (Faye Conduitt) of Cuba; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Mosley (Jim) of Tallahassee, Janice Howdeshell (Keith) of Springfield, Tammy Lukefahr (Garry) of St. James and Kent (Helen Counts) of Steelville.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Crawford County Relay for Life or Holy Cross School in Tom's memory.
