He was predeceased by: his mother Lena Gillam Lisitano; his adoptive parents, Chester Gillam (Beaulah Gillam) and Beaulah Gillam; his brothers, Rodney Gillam and Edward Cottrell; and his brother-in-law Timothy Courson.
He is survived by: his father Jerry Cottrell of Davisville, MO; his siblings, Teresa Gillam Courson of Sebring, FL, Kevin Howell of Overland, MO, Jeffrey Cottrell of Viburnum, MO, Carla Callahan of Viburnum, MO and Christina Webb of Viburnum, MO; and his aunts, Norma Wall (Richard) of Fenton, MO, Barbara McDonald (Terrence) of Wildwood, MO, Freda Treadway of Union, MO and Georgia Gentry of Catawissa, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
