He is survived by: his wife Alice Margaret Mendoza; his children, Robert Joseph Mendoza, Jr. of St. James, MO, James Mendoza of Cuba, MO, Carla Barton of Jefferson City, MO, David Mendoza (Brenda) of Cuba, MO, Paul Mendoza (Debbie) of St. Charles, MO and Elania Padilla (Jesus) of Cuba, MO; his siblings, Alice Radford of St. Louis, MO, Joann Dickie, Nicka Ruff of St. Louis, MO and Donnie Mendoza of Duluth, MN; and his brothers-in-law, Orvil Meade (Fern) of Cuba, MO and Frank Meade (Beverly) of Cuba, MO. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
