She was predeceased by: her father David Lutzky; her aunt Jenny Horsefield; and her uncle Timothy Horsefield. She is survived by: her mother Maureen Lutzky of Cuba; her sister Sayjen (Braxton Aldridge) of Grand Forks; her grandparents, Earl Horsefield, Carolyn Horsefield of Cuba and Deelain Pentoney of Peoria; and her uncles, Daniel, Danny (Stephanie Horsefield) of Oak Grove, Kathy (Dennis Greves) of Cuba, Barbara (Vince Walk) of Overland Park, Theresa Prenger of Cuba, Jane Horsefield of Congress, Patrick (Jenny Horsefield) of Cuba, Christopher (Rachel Horsefield) of Overland Park and Cecilia (Dave Stuckmeyer) of Venice.

Visitation Sunday, February 25, 2018 from 3:00 till 6:00 pm at the Mizell Funeral Home, 904 W Washington Street, Cuba. Funeral service will 6:00 pm Sunday, February 25, 2018 at the Mizell Funeral Home of Cuba. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the RG Lutzky Scholarship Fund. The Mizell Funeral Home of Cuba is honored to be serving Racelyn's family.
