He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Melvin Lafayette Hogan and Dicy Mae Sellers (Mamie); his siblings, Thurston Lavondel Hogan, Harry Lee Hogan, Leonard Franklin Hogan, Jesse Howard Hogan, Irma Skull, Deloris Kessler Knox and Betty Jean Cowling; and his nephew Terry. He was also cherished by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
