He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Hoffmeister and Maude Hoffmeister; his wife Jean Hoffmeister; his brother Hershel Lee Hoffmeister; and his siblings-in-law, Juanita Strouse, Helen Wirz, Adrain Scego and Richard Wirz.
He is survived by: his daughter Terry (Dave Campbell) of St. James; his grandchildren, Christy Campbell of Cuba, Heather (Cary Bouse) of Vichy and Dave, Jr.; his wife Amie Campbell of St. James; his great grandchildren, Dakota Skouby, Wilson McDaniel, Reese Seitz, Hayley Portell, Mackenzie Portell, Brooklyn Bouse, Avery Campbell, Elsie Campbell, Carson Midyett, Thatcher Midyett, Bailey Terrill, Macy Terrill and Annie Terrill; his siblings-in-law, Jackie Scego of Owensville, Barb Wirz of Rolla and Ralph Wirz of Ohio; and also Beth (Grant McWhorter) of St. James.
