She is survived by: her children, Tammy Durham (Greg) of Union, Tina Hunter (Ben) of Bourbon and Donnie Spurgeon of Cuba; her siblings, Pat Shafferkoetter of Sullivan, Fannie Lea (Joe) of Cuba, Dave Campbell (Terry) of St. James, Mike Campbell (Rosemary) of Cuba, Gary Campbell of Cuba and Steve Campbell (Christine) of Cuba; her sisters-in-law, Ruth Hendrickson of Owensville and Betty Spurgeon of Owensville; her grandchildren, Abbie Ely (Jeff Wagner), Megan West (William), Ely Hunter, Mason Hunter, Justin Durham (Erika) and Sara Carter; her great grandchildren, Maria, Waylon West and Landyn Hunter; and her pet Rocky.
