She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Grob (Bertha Grob) and Bertha Grob; her husband Everett E. Briggs II; her son Everett E. Briggs III; her sister-in-law Phyllis Briggs; and her son-in-law Dennis Klaeger.
She is survived by: her niece Connie Briggs; her nephew John Allen Briggs; her daughters, Kathleen (Nick Ginos) of Lake Ozark and Renee Klaeger of Cuba; her grandchildren, Nicole (Tim Hebert) of Union, Chad (Rachel Klaeger) of Rolla and Hannah Kitchen of Springfield; her great grandchildren, Cadence Kitchen, Braden Hebert, Bryson Hebert and Bennett Hebert; her cousin Ken Steaten of Gray Summit; and her brothers-in-law, John Briggs of Troy and Gary (Juanita Briggs) of Troy. She is also survived by nieces nephews and numerous friends.
