He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wurtz, Jr. and Rosemary Ballard; and his brother Richard "Ricki" Wurtz. He is survived by: his former spouse Lynnice Ann Jinkerson; his wife Sherry "Alvin" Ann Hill; his children, Sarah Medina (Irieno) of St. Louis, MO, Suzanne Wurtz of Eureka, MO and Justin Ray (Mickey) of Cuba, MO; his stepson Joe Brown of Cuba, MO; his sisters, Teri Haberstroh (Joe) of St. Louis, MO and Denise Warren of Desoto, MO; his grandchildren, Deacon Rodriguez, Luis Medina (Keri), Elliot Guzman, Cruz Medina, DeMarco Medina, Branden Houston and Evelyn Ray; and his great grandchildren, Ava Rodriguez, Ezra Rodriguez and Elijah Guzman. He is also survived by 3 step granddaughters, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
