She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Watkins and Esther Watkins (Wright); her husband Samuel L. Callahan; and her siblings, Dean, Eddie Watkins, Katherine Ford, Betty Arendall and Lillian Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Josh, Ben Callahan (Kim) of Dupo, Larry Crismon (Tina) of Barnhart, Teresa Meade (John) of Quilan, Dustin Callahan of Kansas City, Nikki Eads of Kansas City and Joshua Callahan (Deborah) of Cuba; and her sisters, Vera Hudson of Bonne Terre and Laura Belmar of Poplar Bluff. She is also survived by twenty-seven grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends.
