She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Tappan and Martha Tappan; her brother Arlen Tappan; and her grandson Jeremy Williams. She is survived by: her children, Mark (Tammy Williams) of Rolla, Kevin (Chris Williams) of Cuba and Susan (Kirk Buhr) of Rolla, Missouri; her husband Richard Williams; her grandchildren, Morgan Wilson of Rolla, Ryan Williams of El Paso, Steven Wilson of Rolla, Taylor Williams of Cuba, Davis Buhr of Rolla, Aly Williams of Cuba, Alec Buhr of Rolla, Audrey Williams of Cuba and Isaac Buhr of Rolla; and her siblings-in-law, Dee Tappan of Topeka, Kansas and Jim Williams of Springfield. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
