He is survived by: his children, John Vanek (Patricia) of Hillsboro, MO and Joan Harrison (Barry) of O'Fallon, MO; and his granddaughter Katie Harrison of O'Fallon, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
