He was predeceased by: his parents, John Seitz and Mildred Seitz; and his brother Earl Seitz. He is survived by: his children, John S. Seitz (Joanna Daughtery) of Cuba, Sue A. (Jeff Butler) of Rolla and William E. Seitz of Cuba; and his sister Nancy (Lee Layton) of Steelville. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and a host of other relatives and many friends.
