He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Mike" Tarr and Gay Tarr (Maggi). He is survived by: his wife Janet Lynn Tarr of Cuba, MO; his daughters, Magan King (Dylan) of Arnold, MO and Heather Yu (Yajie) of East Greenwich, RI; and his brothers, Jerry Tarr (Diane) of Westerfield, OH and Jeff Tarr (Cindy) of Imporia, KS. He is also survived by numerous family members and dear friends.
A reception will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mahn Funeral Home, DeSoto Chapel (900 N Main St, De Soto, MO 63020).
