He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Lewis and Minnie Lewis (Palmer); and his brother Rudy Lewis. He is survived by: his brother Ronald Lewis of Cuba, Missouri; his nephews, Ronald Lewis, Jr. of St. Louis and Michael (Ashley DeFilippo) of Madison, Illinois; and his niece Andrea Warden of DeSoto, Missouri. He is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends.
