He is survived by: his pet Dallas; his wife Ginny Mezo; his children, Cyndi Surls of St. Louis, Shari Mezo of St. Louis, Beverly Mezo of St. Louis and Steve Mezo of St. Louis; his stepchildren, Cindy (Jim Jordan) of DeSoto and Alan (Sue Moore) of Troy; his grandchildren, Tasha Mezo of St. Louis, Adam Surls of St. Louis, Amber Reeves of Union, Brad Mezo of Union and Christina Farrelly of St. Louis; his great grandchildren, Declan Surls and Colton James Farrelly; his stepgrandchildren, Lisa (Jason Glaspie) of Madison, Chrysti (Neil Safie) of Philadelphia, Bobby Moore of Madison, Michael Moore of Madison, Joey Jordan of Fenton, Joshua (Sarah Jordan) of Auburn, Jessica Jordan of Cadet, Justin (Bridgett Jordan) of DeSoto, Angela (Joseph Thames) of Troy, Hannah Moore of Troy and Charles (Mel Bailey) of Union, RJ; his wife Tami Bailey of Union; and his siblings, Robert "Bob" Mezo of McLeansboro and Nancy (Ron Markel) of West Virginia.
