He is survived by: his daughters, Rose Payne of Cuba and Tonya Payne of Lakewood; his grandson Jarrett James Payne; and his brothers, Harvey (Johnnie Sue Payne) of Farmington and Robert Payne of Farmington. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
