He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Eaton and Erma B. Eaton (Happel); his siblings, Johnny Eaton (Shirley), David Eaton (Angie) and Bertha Taber (Dean); and his brothers-in-law, Paul Myers, Ken Pyatt, Claude Pyatt and Joe Stubblefield.
He is survived by: his wife Susie Eaton; his children, Michelle England (Curtis) of Cuba, Shawn Eaton (Lucretia) of Rolla and Matt Eaton of Cuba; his grandson Kyle Eaton of Cuba; his siblings, Helen Pyatt of Sullivan, Mary Pyatt of Cuba, Maxine Myers of Cuba, Lloyd Eaton (Carol) of Cuba, Peg Callahan (Junior) of Steelville and Glenda Stubblefield of Cuba; his brother-in-law Billy Rutz of Bourbon; and his close friend Bill Brennan of Cuba. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends.
