He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett White and Anna White; his brothers, Timothy White, Vernon White and Edward "Eddie" White; and his sister-in-law Chris White.
He is survived by: his wife Judy White (Crisman) of Cuba; his sons, Charles White (Lucy) of Cuba and David McCabe (Melissa) of Rolla; his stepdaughters, Suzette Klein of Springfield and Chataine Martin of Springfield; and his siblings, Robert White of Cuba, Paul White (Lisa) of Sunset Hills, Bill White of Steelville, James Charles Burrus (Josie) of Davisville and Donna Metcalf of Steelville. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
