It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Lillie Simmons of Cuba, Missouri, who passed away on February 9, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Bruce and Mary Bruce (Weiss); her husband Lester Simmons; and her siblings, Helen Little, Edith Lewis, Daniel Bruce and Carl Howell Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Ken Simmons of Wheaton, Dennis Simmons of Muscatine, Marvin Simmons (Cyndy) of Muscatine, Nancy Levick (Jim) of Brookston, Judy Wick (Steven) of Cuba and Carol Peterson of Inola, Oklahoma. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Myers Funeral Home - Middletown (203 Main St, Middletown, MO 63359). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be given to the Middletown Cemetery Association.
