He was predeceased by: his former wife Darlane Steffen; his father Charles Lewis Steffen; and his mother-in-law Peggy Brandon. He is survived by: his wife Kay Steffen; his daughter Vanessa (Rick Damouth) of Rogersville; his stepdaughters, Amber (Richard Krider) of Quanah and Kimber (Tom Crull) of Cuba; his grandchildren, Colton, Charlianne and Caroline; his stepgrandchildren, Rylie, Dylan and Tristan; his mother Catherine M. Lackner of Cuba; his sisters, Charlene Goodpasture of Vandalia, Carolyn (John Gibson) of St. James, Connie (Dennis Warden) of Owensville and Christy (Philip Spinella) of Manteo; his father-in-law Jerry Brandon of Quanah; and his siblings-in-law, Anthony (Jana Brandon) of Quanah, Deric (Kaylyn Brandon) of Quanah Texas and Jana (Darrel Kennon) of Vernon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a local 4-H Club in Chuck's memory.
