She was predeceased by: her father Roy Lee Elliston; her brother Johhny Lee Elliston; and her close friend Valerie Hopwood. She is survived by: her husband Jim Welch of Cuba; her mother Alma Martha Ray of Sullivan; her children, Jeremy Sanders (Jill) of Cuba and Brandy Travers (Kevin Hearst) of Vienna; her stepdaughter Ashley Howdhal (Josh) of Minnesota; her siblings, Roy Mark Elliston of Lenox, Shirley Ann Young of St. James, Joyce Hamilton of Cuba and Rebecca Lee Hollingsworth (James Hollingshead) of Sullivan; her grandchildren, Landry Sanders, Stiles Sanders, Wylder Sanders, Emma Travers, Noah James, Carter James and Jimmy Hearst; her stepgrandchildren, Holden and Henleigh Howdhal; and her great grandchild Aspon Blehm. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
