He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Rouse and Theresa Rouse; and his siblings, Arthur Rouse (Lorraine), Claude Rouse (Julie) and Elaine (Ray Schuettenberg).
He is survived by: his spouses, Lorraine B. Knight and Lorraine B. Rouse; his daughters, Peggy Windle (Doug) of Cherryville and Judy Rouse of Cuba; his grandsons, Joshua Windle (Rebecca) of Columbia and Bradley Windle (Sara) of Cuba; his great grandchildren, Reede, Iris and Nicholas Windle; and his siblings-in-law, Darlene (Bud Stratman) of St. Ann, Sam Knight (Debby) of House Springs and Bob Knight (Judy) of Mexico.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
