He is survived by: his wife Barbara Louise Rush (Hess); his daughters, Nikki Barker (Rush) of Pevely, Allison Lambert (Tyler) of Barnhart and Laura Aubuchon (Kevin) of Eureka; his siblings, Robert "Bob" Ravellette (Kim) of Festus, Connie Kuchera of Crystal City and Monique Ravellette (Kim Nicholson) of Alabama; and his grandchildren, Tyson Rush-Prater, Isabell Barker, Nathaniel Aubuchon, Keaton McAndrews, McKenna Chambers, Reagan Chambers, Stella Lambert, Saylor Lambert and Silas Lambert.
