He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Brown and Eleanor Brown (Williams). He is survived by: his wife Michelle Horton-Brown of Crystal City, MO; his children, Zacharia Pepper, Lucretia Burts of Carthage, MO and Dawn Barnett; and his grandchildren, Madison Burts, Tyler Burts, Camree Barnett-Harrison, Darian Barnett and Aubrey Barnett. He is also survived by other grandchildren and numerous family members.
