He was predeceased by: his father Edward Richard Dallas, Sr.; and his brother Gary Lynn Dallas. He is survived by: his mother Judith Rae Dallas (Derque) of Crystal City; and his brothers, Edward Richard Dallas, Jr. (Lisa) of Park Hills, John Joseph Dallas (Tonya) of Blue Springs and Scott Derque Dallas of Crystal City. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions to be made out to Judy Dallas in care of Mahn Funeral Home.
