He is survived by: his parent Helen Gabbard; and his children, Gary Gabbard of Granite City, IL, Tonya Gabbard of Granite City, IL and Sandy Miller of Sullivan, MO. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, along with numerous family members and dear friends.
