She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Mitchell and Lella Mitchell (Blagg); her siblings, Richard Mitchell and Louise Hicks; her grandsons, Brandon and Jason Smith; and her great grandchild Kurtis Allen.
She is survived by: her husband Donnell L. Meyer of Crystal City; and her children, Dennis Riggs (late Barbara) of Pevely, Kevin Riggs (Donna) of Herculaneum, Cindy Sandifer of Crystal City, Phyllis Henderson (Ron) of Valley Park and Becky Smith (Rick Delarber) of Kimberling City. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren.
