He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonso Edward Marshall and Harriet Block (Clark); his children, Terry Marshall, Donald Marshall, Jr. and Phyllis Marshall; and his siblings, Gregory Block, Lillian Bingham, Betty Jean Underwood-Powell and Vicky Block.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Marshall (White); his sons, Keith Marshall of Crystal City and Ronnie Herrington of St Louis; his stepson Craig McCabe of Arnold; and his daughters, Donna Thornton (Stacey) of Festus and Kim Marshall of Crystal City. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and very special friends.
