He is survived by: his spouses, Denise Burns and Denise Green of Desoto, MO; his son Shawn Green (Kirsten) of Arnold, MO; his mother Diane Morhaus of Mehlville, MO; his brother David Green (Jennifer) of Fenton, MO; his stepbrothers, Thomas Morhaus (Tina) of Creve Coeur, MO and Daniel Morhaus (Sherry) of Glen Carbon, IL; his grandchildren, Kinsley Green, Huntter Green, Mason Green and Mason Harris; his nephews, Grant Green and Ryan Green of High Ridge, MO; his uncles, Dean Wymer (Georgia) of Steelville, MO and Donnie Green of Cherryville, MO; and his close friends, Ken Lawson of Warsaw, MO and Loyd Ware of Cherryville, MO. He is also survived by other relatives; and many friends.
