She is survived by: her husband Aaron Forthman of Crocker; her stepfather Gary Davis; her sons, Brian Bollinger and Daniel McFarland; her grandson Carson Lee Bollinger; and her sister Julie Jones. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
