It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kelly Ann Waters-Shelton of Crocker, Missouri, born in Waynesville, Missouri, who passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer A. Kloeppel and Sharon K. Kloeppel (Wilkes); and her brother Robert Kloeppel. She is survived by: her niece Michele Ramirez; her husband Stacey Shelton; her children, Eric Waters and Jordan Waters of Macks Creek; her stepdaughter Brittany Shelton; her brother Jerry; her sister-in-law Pauletta Kloeppel; her sister Karen; her brother-in-law David May; and her grandchildren, Braelynn and Harleigh. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces and many other relatives and friends.
