He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Mayhew; his children, Donald B. Mayhew (Deanna) of Crocker, David Mayhew (Melissa) of Crocker, Donna Schafer (Randy) of Crocker, Debra Sash of Crocker, Eldon of Crocker, Darlene Mayhew of Crocker, Diana Mayhew of Crocker, Denise McAvoy (Darrel), Dorothy Mayhew and Doreen Douglas (Sam); his daughter-in-law Carrie Mayhew; and his sister Maxine Overby (Jack). He is also survived by thirty-four grandchildren; fifty-four great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
