He was predeceased by: his parents, George Duncan of Washington and Stella Mae Duncan (Keeth); his wife Betty Lucille Harrison; his son Timothy Duncan; his children-in-law, Kenny Wall and Alice Duncan; his grandson Christopher Henson; and his siblings, Tennyson Duncan, Raymond Duncan, Oleph Duncan, Noel Duncan, Juanita Wall, Lois DeMott, Thelma Cochran and Vergie Pemberton.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Wall, Heather Lee, Mitchell Duncan and Terry Duncan; and his grandchildren, Parker Lee, Tarrah Vaughn, Dyllon Duncan, Ethan Duncan and Melinda Henson. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
