He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd E. Moore and Lola M. Moore (Boulware); and his siblings, Clyde Moore, Chester Moore and Eileen Chapman.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Kimberly Gilbert (Paul), Dixon and Chad Alan Moore; his grandson Nathan Gilbert; his children, Megan Barnhart (Gavin), Lauren Gilbert and Caden Moore; his great grandchild Luca Paul Barnhart; and his sister Wanda Walters. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
