He is survived by: his wife Linda Knock; his son Terry Lockamy; his stepchildren, Chris Knock, Craig Knock, Jason Rickerson and Natasha Knock; and his sisters, Vickie Kohler (John), Vera Modissett (Raymond), Sheila Hell and Brenda Burden. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
