We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2023, at the age of 86, Lucille Emilie Winger of Creighton, Missouri, born in Cavalier, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reinhold Walter Raedel and Lucy Irene Raedel (Campbell); and her husband Allan Dean Winger. She is survived by: her children, Ronald J. Winger, Bruce Winger, Brenda Bailey, Fallbrook and Janice Hall; her siblings, Joyce Glover, Richard Raedel, Kenneth Raedel, Charles Raedel and Velma Floyd; and her grandchildren, Jason Kugler and Talia Feldman. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
