He is survived by: his daughters, Lee Higgs and Rhonda Higgs; and his siblings, Darlene Brewer (Delbert), Robert Higgs, Dennis Bowling (Tamey) and Albert Bowling (Sue). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, nephews, nieces and an abundance of extended family and dear friends.
