It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rickie Franklin Howard (Crane, Missouri), born in Galena, Missouri, who passed away on February 14, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Howard and Eula Brown Howard; and his brothers, Billy Ray Howard and Johnny Lee Howard. He is survived by: his children, Ricky Howard (Angie) of Galena, Missouri and Tamara Carey of Joplin, Missouri; his sister Wilma Wallace; his grandchildren, Lucas, Bethany Howard, Chase and Kelsi Carey; and his great grandchildren, Ty, Lily Carey and Malory Kresyman (Debby Gemmecke) of Wheaton. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
