He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Amber Stark and Don Wendell Stark. He is survived by: his daughter Nichole Watts; his brothers, Alan (Judy Stark), Rick (Johna Stark) and Brent (Joi Stark); his siblings-in-law, Sandra, Connie Deaton and Shawn Stamper; his son-in-law Billy Watts; his grandchildren, Tobias Jaurigue, Tabitha Jaurigue and Katie Watts; his nieces and nephews, Casey Cunningham, Amber Stark, Alydia Stark, Jason Stark and Tait Cunningham; and his wife Debbie Deaton. He is also survived by Aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, brothers.
