He is survived by: his mother Virginia L Harrell Carter; his sister Becky Andress; his daughter Jennifer Carter Mooneyham; his grandsons, Jorden Boten, Christopher Boten and Cameron Bresheares; his great grandchild Miss Chevelle Boten; his siblings, Steven (Sharon Carter), Ray Carter, Marsha (Daniel Adney) and Melissa Carter (Mark Carter); and his extended family Kenny. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
