He is survived by: his son Jeffery Smith (Estrella) of Spokane, MO; his stepsons, Greg Mullins of West Virginia, Joseph Mullins of Jonesboro, AR and Rod Mullins of Jonesboro, AR; his grandchildren, Eric Smith (Courtney), Mary Smith and Fred Smith; and his great grandchildren, Bentley Smith and Easton Smith. He is also survived by great grandchild on the way; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends.
