Gary Steele Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gary Steele of Crane, Missouri, born in Aurora, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 3, 2024 at the age of 57. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Steele and Joan Logan Steele; and his siblings, Don, Jack, Eddie and Janice Barton.

He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Mackenzie Steele (Schanda) of West Plains, Derek Roof of Galena, Dalton Steele of Crane, Whitney Hoffman (Gary) of Crane and Brittany Barnett (Tommy) of Republic, Missouri; and his siblings, Kay Bequette of Marionville and Harold Steele (Leann) of Crane. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews other relatives and friends.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Crane Christian Church (106 E Edgewood Ave, Crane, MO 65633).
